This is new for my navigation. I am assuming it means traffic isn’t available. It has never worked eventhough I should have it in my Overland. It’s the two cars with the x. Any ideas?

I think your guess is correct. The 2 cars in tandem is often the logo for real time traffic information, so the X means it's not active. I wonder if that needs a Sirius, or some other subscription to to work.

Traffic information requires an active “Connected Services” subscription.

Specifically, it appears that you need the Jeep Connect “Assistance + Navigation Package.”

I’m in my trial period and I see that all those services are active.

I have. They’ve been useless.

I have a case open with jeep and now they want pictures of the screen. Sent it to them to see what happens
