Update 10 inch screen issue…

Every time I turn the car off it says I have an update available and nothing happens when I click update now …. I try putting it into ignition mode without engine running and the update now option doesn’t show up.

Any ideas?

Have no idea if it's relevant, but I do remember in the settings menu near the bottom there was a place to configure wifi for updates, have you tried doing that?

Tried that. Has nothing to do with it. Appears the update is downloaded but won’t install

Make sure the radio is set to stay on after the car is turned off. That’s when it can apply the update.

Not necessarily, the OTA is a push update and should be received on the system regardless of ON/OFF settings. I have mine set to OFF and I received the last 17.99 update in that condition.
