TSB 2021 GCL

Jeep case manager Ashley tells me there have been NO TSB on the GCL. When pushed when I made a formal request for all records as spelled out in state law (Maine Revised Statutes Annoted Ttile 10 ss 1169 paragraph 9) she said I could not have them. I pressed back that the law allows me these things she said I had to pay for them.

WORST car experience I have ever had.

Checked NHTSA and other TSB search sites and nothing. Bunch of sites don't even have the GCL as a search filter.

My VIN doesn't pull up anything either.

Service manager just told me "most everything is functioning as designed." Most? Then in the next sentence said the stop/start worked yesterday but doesn't work today. Most everything is working? EVERYThING should be working on a brand new vehicle. Jeep Corp told me if I have issues with the lane assist to just turn it off. Um, I paid more for that feature. What are the options other than lemon law? Jeep Corp denies service bulletins. Told to have a lawyer go after them. Seriously? Out 56k on a vehicle that is in the shop and I am treated rudely. Beyond angry at this point.

Try a different dealer.

Yes, goto another dealer. If you are having issues that involve the above TSB's then they WILL update it.
NHTSA just does not show them yet, they are very new.
