Transmission still stutters

So I just got my Jeep GCL back from service for the second time for a few issues, Both times for the transmission stutter when up shifting from 1st to 2nd. The first time I was told that a software update was done and it has been resolved. Now just getting it back for the second time I was told that the tech could not reproduce so nothing was done. After driving the Jeep I was able to reproduce several times. I have sent a PM to @JeepCares, but has anyone else contact Stellantis/FCA corporate for issues and if so would you be able to point me in the right direction on contacting them, thanks!!

After the software update, ours still does it. It isn't the worst thing to have happen but it should not be doing it randomly.

Sounds like you failed to tell the dealer how to reproduce it. Go back and take them for a ride and show them how you create the problem.

The tech was able to reproduce it. I was just trying to gather the details incase I needed to escalate the further I could right away

My Grand Cherokee L has 2900 miles and it shifts very weird around 10 to 20 mph. It’s almost as if the transmission was slipping. I will be taking into dealership tomorrow. Hopefully it’s just low on transmission fluid or a software update, but I don’t know. It’s frustrating. If i accelerate...

Thank you, I am part of that, but started this one just to try and get contact info incase I need to escalate this to corporate or start a lemon law
