The dealer I ordered my Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from told me I couldn't track my order for this 2022 Jeep. It looks like that might not be true. How do I go about tracking it? Thank you in advance.< Mitch

You need the VIN or VON (vehicle order number) and it needs to have your name on the order, and then you can contact jeep chat. They are semi helpful. They won't give you the codes, but will give you general status information (gathering parts, sequenced for assembly, in paint, etc.).
I just concluded a chat session with the appropriate FCA Jeep chat, Michael, by name and he was not helpful at all. In fact, although this is the 6th new Jeep that I have purchased, it will likely be my last based on the total lack of customer service that I have received.
