That picture is just the factory screw in hook that's in your rear storage compartment.
No, that is actually a picture of the Overland tow hooks. They go through the front bumper .
You can probably add the hooks, but the only obstacle would be the front bumper cover. You may have to drill/cut openings for the hooks to pass through...The Overlands have an opening for them already

IDK if the lower grill could be replaced with an overland grill.
Another issue is illustration #2 part 6104434AA and illustration #4 part 68455712AA appear to be discontinued.

When I looked at this I came to the conclusion you would need to replace the entire lower part of the front bumper and have it painted to match. I am thinking it might be easier to just put something in the middle hidden behind the license plate, perhaps a winch or front trailer hitch for recovery.
That could be a possibility. If you just wanted the "look" it might work, but if you wanted to actually use them for recovery, then they would have to be securely mounted to the bumper.....

I would have to think the RV accessory companies have to be working on a solution for tow-behinds. They certainly didn't make the option of doing your own tow hooks in the front of a GC-L an easy task. in my WK2 80th Anniversary that I had briefly, I replaced a facia piece in the lower portion of the bumper and put in Rough Country hooks. If you really need a recovery option and have a tow package, look for a shackle hitch receiver like these from Rhino or Rough Country for now:

I have an Overland so haven't added them but have removed them. I flat tow my GC-L behind a motorhome and the Roadmaster "base plate" I installed requires removing the tow hooks as the base plate uses the same mount points. BlueOx just recently released their base plate version for the Overland and it retains the original tow hooks.
Note that the Summit and Overland require different base plates, however as far as I can tell the Summit retains the frame mounting points for the tow hooks. If you go to Roadmaster and BlueOx and look at their base plate installation instructions you can see that. As previously mentioned however the front fascia is significantly different between the Summit and Overland and therein lies the problem.
If you were looking strictly for a utilitarian tow hook alternative, installing a base plate would do the job although it wouldn't be as pretty as the factory setup on the Overland.
