Third row seat not folding down

One of the third row seats will not fold down on my 2021 GCL. When the latch is lifted, I can see that one of the two cables for the latch handle has popped out its fitting, and the cable housing has come loose from its mounting. My question is if there is a way to gain access to the internal latch so I can at least fold the seat down.

Probably the safest way to gain access is to take it to your dealer, LOL.
