After the system update on the radio my Siriusxm shows up but can’t change channels, no sound. Any clues?

I've had that happen a couple times. Basically the uConnect head unit is frozen/crashed. You need to soft-reboot it by pressing the power button until it shuts down/restarts.

As for a more permanent solution... I don't really have anything to offer. They just have to work out the software bugs causing the unit to crash.

Thanks for the advice, IT WORKED! Whenever you go to the dealership you end up with 6 more problems. Thanks man.
