Software Update - Failed

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L

I have a message on the radio screen which will not go away.
I already went to the dealer and they did a battery hard reset. No luck.
“Software Update - Update Failed”

Anyone encounter the same issue and got it resolved?

I would at least try pressing the volume and the tune buttons at the same time until the radio reboots - about 10 seconds or so.

Thank you - tried this and still no luck. Message appeared again.

I got that message and then a couple of days leader I got a message that the update was successful. I think it retries on its own
