Second Row Headrest Rattle - Captain's Chairs

I seem to be getting a rattle in the headrests of the second row captain's chairs. Has anyone else experienced this. I'm still trying to diagnose the source of the rattle but that seems to be the culprit so far as best as I can tell. TIA.

I’ve got a rattle that I can’t find either. Seems maybe the passengers side seat belt retractor area but can’t pinpoint it. Super frustrating.

I had a rattle by the passenger side captain seat head rest and it was the plastic handle by the headrest used to pull the seat forward. I taped the handle down with duct tape and it stopped.
