Do you have leather seats? I have gray seat (leather). I do see a few wrinkles. I guess it depends how many wrinkles (and how unacceptable they are) you have. Hope this helps.

Mine is tan. I sent pic to dealer. He said it is a defect and would be covered under bumper to bumper warranty. I knew it didn't look right with so little miles on it.

Unfortunate on a $70 k vehicle. My dealer stated that any fix they would attempt would likely make matters worse in the long run. I chose to leave it be as mechanics are not trained in upholstery.
My wrinkles are in the seating area though not the backrest area. Good luck, sigh.

This is a forum, nobody knows who I am, so bragging does no good unless I'm a head case (and I'd like to think I'm not). Now that I declared my anonymity. I owned a $100k+ Mercedes - I had wrinkled leather. I think wrinkled leather gives an interior character. In my opinion, what I see in the pic is acceptable. And, for the record, I do not work for FCA. Over time, the leather will settle. My two cents... hope this opinion helps.

Sorry I don’t know how to attach a photo to this forum and unfortunately don’t have the time/ patience to figure it out. That said I wouldn’t waste my time posting that the seating area was wrinkled if it wasn’t substantially so, especially with only 1,500 miles on it. Like me you’ll just have to decide which route to take.

I’m sure the fix will come out fine. I had a two Cars many years ago that had a defect in the leather. Both dealers fixed it by taking the leather off the seat and replacing it with new leather. Fixed the problem on both cars. They were different makes but u don’t see why Jeep would be any different. Good luck with the fix.
