Mine are so hot in the top level it's almost unusable. Your might be broken

Yeah my GCL seat warmer gets pretty hot too, I usually keep it at 1. stearing wheel gets really nice and hot too. I love it

Used mine for the first time this morning and the seem to get warmer than my 2019 Ram Longhorn.

🤔 This was only one complaint about my GCL since it's not warm enough compared to other vehicles I own. It seems that I need to work with a dealership.

My seats get extremely hot on the highest setting. Even my wife turns her seat heat off after about 10 minutes. And that's saying something since she's usually always cold. The steering wheel heat on the other hand is mildly warm at best and could be a lot warmer.

Similar experience as well. I heard some of the sensors in the steering wheel to detect hand placement/attention are the cause for lower heat setting. Not sure if true but I could see it as a plausible reason.
