I received the safety recall update from the dealer and my OR page is still missing. If I perform the factory reset trying to get the OR page back will it delete the new update I just received?

I received the safety recall update from the dealer and my OR page is still missing. If I perform the factory reset trying to get the OR page back will it delete the new update I just received?

Try switching from one profile to another. I don't know if that's a real fix, but some have reported it working. I did it myself. I found OR missing on my profile, but present on the 2nd. Then it was back when I returned to mine.

I dont think it will delete the update. It would probably just delete all personal settings and reset other thing back to default....
