Remove Middle Row Headrests - Bucket Seats

Has anyone figured out a way to remove the second row headrests from the bucket seats? Mine are rattling terribly and I need to remove to try and figure out a way to stop the rattle. I believe it is the steel post rattling against the plastic housing shown in the first picture. If I have someone sit in the third row and hold the second row headrests steady the rattle goes away. I can't figure out if it is possible to remove them. There are small holes on the sides of the plastic housings that the steel posts go into. You can feel something spring loaded inside the hole if you push a small rod into the hole. I was able to move the steel posts up a little bit when pushing in the spring in the hole but have not been able to fully remove them. Anyone else experiencing a rattle try having someone hold the headrests and see if that cures it. Would be curious to know if anyone else is having this issue. Thanks for any insight.

Per Jeep, you are unable to remove yourself but they can be removed by your dealer if you request it. Call your dealer they should be able to do. Hope that helps!
