Recalls & Broken Door Latch

New 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L (Limited) has been nothing but recalls and broken parts. Total nighttime and I will never again buy Jeep. I am a Mopar guy, own(ed) several Challengers over the years. Never again.

I am going on the 4th major recall for the electrical systems, rear camera, power steering, ABS, airbags. The most frustrating is the rear door latch. I haven't been able to use the door for a month. The car is only 3 months old.

The latch is apparently on backorder with no ETA. What can I get from Jeep? Help me complain.

I called the sales person. He told me "well this is the first year for the L. You should expect issues when you buy the first year of a new model". Oh really, so I am the jerk? Expecting my new car to function means I am the wrong one?
