Rear heater

My cupholders are 135˚F, the phone charger is 117˚F, and the armrest cubby is a whopping 165˚F!!!

My center console vents to the second row were disconnected before, but now everything is even HOTTER. I'm not sure what to do about it. The dealer can't find anything wrong with the ducts, although I have no air coming out the dash vents when the defrost and floor are also selected, and sometimes there's cold air just wafting around the cabin when it's really cold out. Apparently some people have had to have their door seals replaced b/c the seals were defective, too.

QC on this thing is the absolute worst in the industry. Consumer Reports has Jeep ranked BELOW even Range Rover now. I think second from the bottom of the list as a brand, but based on my experiences, I can't believe there's any model that's worse.

I had that problem with my 2021 Grand Cherokee Overland. Have 3,000 miles on it now. I turned off the back heater. Made sure all 4 side vents were wide open. Then turned rear on from the front comfort control screen. Sync to driver. Auto. Locked the rear heater control. I have button pushing grandkids. Have had no problem since.

Do your rear side vents still blow air when the rear controls are set to 'off'? I haven't checked that on mine, but that doesn't seem right.
