Profile & Bluetooth/Carplay Issues -

Hi - 2021 GC Limited, approx 5K mi. We've had nothing but problems with the profile settings on the door, key fob, display and CarPlay. Our key settings will work for about a day or so after I reset, and then they mysteriously disappear. Seems in reading threads, I am NOT the only one.

Almost daily, I am rebooting the head unit in order to get our phones to connect to CarPlay. That also includes removing the UConnect connection from the iPhone 13 Max's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing them. All this is so very frustrating. NOTHING has worked since we purchased, and the dealer has done nothing to assist. Trying another local CJDR service Dept., but this has been the worst experience for as much as we love the Jeep otherwise.

TIA for any suggestions (y)

I have had the same FOB/preferences problems the whole three months and 4k miles I've owned mine, too. It caused some marital discord as we accused each other of 'overwriting' each other's settings. Turns out it's Jeep's fault. Some people can't even start their cars with their FOBs (hence the production/sales stop order), and given all the problems I'm having I'm not sure who's luckier: The people who can't turn their cars on, or the people who can.
