Preordered vehicle vs price increase

Hello guys,

Ive put downpayment one month ago on my Jeep (got my vin and everything) now we wait..

but, I noticed that the price went up by basically 4k from when I ordered, do you guys think I will have the same price that I have on my buyer order or they will "fix it" by changing the price when it comes to the dealership.

Price increase now is basically 4k from when I ordered it, so I dont know if I should still wait for the Jeep or what - 4k is too much actually and its a freaking disgrace and worst experience ever.

Theres a note on my buyers order, just wondering if you have it too. Let me know what do you guys think!

Talk to your dealer but mine told me this "You are price protected from manufacturing price changes from this point forward if you do not request any changes." I signed a buy sheet with everything but the TTL on it so my price is locked in.

I mean if they want to scam me, they kinda would anyway, at least I got the message from him saying that, so that's good.

I've looked for dealership with good reviews, fingers crossed lol.

Hi, I am in the same boat. I ordered on 1/5 and should take delivery in early March. I printed my window sticker off Jeep Wave and it went from $72,085 to $75,272 -- $3,190 increase a 4.4%. I sent an email to the dealer to ask before it arrives. I'll let you know what they say.

Thanks! So right now I have basically everything, build sheet link, window sticker link, my wife is already making fun of me that i cant just wait. I have to ask jeep every week, basically bother everybody all the time 😂
