Overland off road package

Anyone know when you can order off road package on grand Cherokee L overland trim? It allows you to select this package online in build tool but not in dealer build system which is the official one. Dealer and Jeep customer service were not helpful - didn’t know when you could order this package.

My dealer said won’t be available to order until august. Not sure how much I believe him tho.

all we see are Limiteds and one Overland, with v6, no off road group
