I’m convinced it’s OTA updates!

This is great to hear and I appreciate the update. Those kind of responses give us confidence that the issue is heard and being looked into. That’s all we can ask!I just got off the phone with a Uconnect specialist, thanks to my communications with @JeepCares . I gave him my issues (Carplay wonky when wireless, O/R pages gone from VEHICLE section, and Market place gone, then back but not sensing the JeepConnect connectivity. I told him I don't plan on using Market, but wanted to address all the radio's bugs.
Interesting info from him:
1) CarPlay issues should resolve with the recall update, which he said is scheduled to push OTA on October 13.
2) There are widespread problems with Market that their techs ARE working on.
3) He notes O/R pages not visible in VEHICLE and said he was going to push that to his tech team as well. He said had an appointment today to call another owner with this exact issue.
All in all, he was very professional, listened to my issues, and was honest with things still being in progress. I think patience on our end will be rewarded.

Interesting observation. I think mine disappeared around the time I created a few profiles. Now I need to go check them all.So my wife's profile is number 1. The OR pages are back, in the apps section and again in the vehicle screen( three tabs, OR pages, apps, settings). But when I use my profile(#2), the OD pages are missing from the vehicle screen, only show in the apps section. Has anybody else noticed this?

Can someone post a pic of the off road page as the service department I am dealing with knows nothing about this issue.
Did you check version number to ensure it was updated? Jeep has said that it can take 1-2 days for apps to repopulate after update. Also Try switching user profiles and then switching back. I had not had the update but switching profiles returned OR pages in a couple hours.Went to the dealer today and received the safety recall. No luck on the OR page coming back. Service I received was sub par as they had no idea what I was even talking about. @JeepCares
