I called Jeep today regarding my dealer telling me I couldn’t order a 2022 WL 74 Hemi Overland with the off-road package yet. I think the issue with not being able to get Quadra Lift and ELSD. They confirmed this was true and that they update their ordering platform the second week of each month, so I’ll check again in February.
This is the second week of the month. Did they leave you with the impression that changes for January already were made?

It's interesting because my dealer stated that changes are implemented at the end of the week, and didn't mention it only occurs once per month.

Stopped in at a local dealer yesterday to see what the latest story was/is, here's the rundown I got:

Order banks are open for the limited, overland, and summit reserve only. Still no pricing. At first the sales guy said that $1000 deposit was due at time of order, but when I said I would wait until placing the order, the sales or finance guy came out and said that I could put the order in with no deposit and when it arrived at the dealer I would have 24hrs to claim it. They did want to run my credit however before placing the order. I declined again, main reason being that I was actually looking to get the summit and not summit reserve. Without pricing, I didn't want to risk putting an order in for something that I couldn't confidently take delivery on when it arrived. Plus, I wanted to see specifically what the differences were between the summit and summit reserve. The dealer said it was only the palermo leather seats, but I have a hard time believing that. If I could get the overland equipped with everything I wanted, then I would just order that. This particular dealer is adding either a $5800 market adjustment on top of MSRP to all inventory or adding about $6k worth of crap like paint protection, warranties, security systems that they say are non-negotiable, so I realistically won't be ordering from them anyway! lol.
It’s inexcusable that a Jeep dealer doesn’t know what’s in the Summit Reserve package. Even if he doesn’t have the short list memorized, he should be able to find it in about seven seconds, like I just did. And giving you incorrect information instead of taking those seven seconds? He needs to be in a different line of work.

Summit Reserve Package — includes premium hand-wrapped Palermo leather seats, leather-wrapped armrest and door trim, open-pore Waxed Walnut wood trim, suede pillars and headliner, ventilated front- and second-row seats, memory and massage front seats, front passenger interactive display with 10.25-in. touchscreen, premium 19-speaker McIntosh audio system, 21-in. wheels and Summit Reserve badge.

Do we know if the 4xe has gone into production yet? Ordered a Summit Reserve 4xe 12/31/21 and trying to figure out timeline.

Is the build site for the 4xe incorrectly showing black seats when the gray seats are selected in the Overland, (unlike the regular Overland, which shows a gray interior), or is the gray selection different for the 4xe, where all seats must be the same, scorching hot in the summer, black color?

Sorry I had obvious issues replying to your question. They told me it was just updated so next month it would update again. I hope they are wrong and your dealer is correct.
