Excited new owner awaiting arrival. Wanting to be able to check status outside of calling dealer. Is there any automatic service available for us to put in our VIN to see where the unit is in the build?

Does it have to be in a certain status for it to work? Mine is still in Status D last i checked with Jeep chat.

A build sheet won’t be available until it’s close to being built.
Go here and select CHAT. Must have VIN and VON> https://www.mopar.com/jeep/en-us/contact-us.html
A best practice since you probably want to check in daily is to create a text file or word document with all of the information that you can cut and paste. For example,
Good Day, I would love to get an update on the status of my new build.
My name is ….
My home address is ….
My VIN# is
My email is
My phone number is…
This will make your life so easy.
That's exactly what I did. Just copy and paste.
Oh don't forget to add the VON (vehicle order number)
