Have a new issues that just started tonight. I turn my heated steering wheel on and after about 10 seconds it shuts off. I also tried to turn it on by the Uconnect system and the same issue.

Anyone have this one?

Sounds like a 'U' problem, e.g. Uconnect. Could also be whatever resistor is supposed to protect from overheating, or something else. It's such a new vehicle this is the sort of question that only an engineer at corporate can solve (working with your dealer). Call and open a case or have the dealer open a STAR case on their own if they can't solve it themselves.

Yup, have an appointment next week. I have had a few cases with STAR already with my Jeep. Been in service for over 40 days in 4 months, starting to really sound more like electrical issues with this. My Radio module has been replaced because of static with all speakers, the dash goes static and shows me doing 50 in Park and will flash while driving and now this.

What did you say to the dealer to get them to replace radio? mine has that staticy choppiness to it as well, also it snow last week and my forward collision light turned on after i cleaned the car and drove it to work ugh...

Well, I've taken mine to the dealer twice while it was having various 'episodes' (screen flashing, volume can't be adjusted, or no volume, can't control anything, etc etc etc).

I seem to recall the McIntosh amp having some problems in others' cars too, which might cause static. Mine does a weird thing where the sound cuts out and back on from right to left when a phone call interrupts the music, too. I feel like it needs the head unit replaced foremost, and then other issues can be chased if they remain.

So far, they haven't even been able to order the head unit part yet as they have to get authorization from Jeep corporate for a new 'head unit', but that should happen today or tomorrow (I'm following up on that today with Jeep customer service).

I'll definitely be posting followups as this all gets addressed.

They had multiple STAR cases opened for my issues.
