Mystery bolts found under shroud…

So I was experimenting a bit taking apart the shroud above the grille bolts just to get an idea of how I’m going to swap a few parts out, and to my surprise directly under the plastic shroud were two bolts… just sitting there, and clearly used at one point. I’m curious if anyone has any idea where these belong, I’d love to get them back where they’re supposed to be. I understand thats a difficult question to answer but it’s worth a shot in case there are any jeep techs on here that maybe recognize them or can guess based on where they were left. The above photo is exactly how I found them.

Came this way, we’ve owned the car for less than a month. I assume it was delivered to the dealer this way, or they did something to it prior to us taking delivery.
