Has anyone ordered from this vendor? I ordered splash guards from them but then stumbled on bad online reviews. Only about 20 total, but now I am wondering if I got scammed.

I ordered a set of all weather floor mats from them. They claimed they were shipped and they were never delivered by UPS on the delivery date. I opened a claim with UPS, so I’m not sure if the package was lost or if it’s this vendor. They’re horrible at responding to any calls or emails.

They sent a UPS tracking number? Did UPS shipping date show delivery?

Yes, they sent me a tracking number and UPS showed it being delivered. When I went to check the tracking history, the last update was UPS picking the package up.

Just ordered all weather mats and splash guards from them. Took about 5 business days to ship but they arrived yesterday. No issues with order or quality of parts.

Update: My order arrived as expected and without issues. I'm not sure what the complaint basis was for other people.

Are you self-installing the splash guards? I was considering, but looks like drilling is involved, so I'm probably going to have a local body shop install.

I looked at the instructions, and it looks like there is only one hole to drill underneath, and it would be throught the flexible bumper. The rest of the install looks to be bolt on. It shouldnt be too hard if you have the drill and rivet tool

IMG_4098.jpg.jpg.jpegI just installed a set on my 2022 GCL WL74. Confirming that it's a very easy install withIMG_4098.jpg.jpg.jpeg no drilling in metal (only plastic). Additionally, I did not take the tires off as directions called for.
