As of today, has anyone heard or read any kind of update as to when this color may become available on the GCL?

I'm still waiting for Midnight Sky for my replacement order. Somehow, a couple of blue Jeeps DID make it out of the barn, although no one has ever been able to order one. They are making Grand Wagoneers in Midnight Sky...

Don’t think it’s midnight sky. If you do a window sticker look up on the VIN on the vehicle they are advertising it’s listed as Diamond Black not midnight sky

That would make more sense. If you look at the autotrader photos of the Grand Wagonner in that color (there's a bunch), it can look anywhere from black to almost slate blue depending on how the camera exposed the shot (the lighter looking ones are overexposed). The one listed would be a metallic black reflecting the blue sky, which would look pretty much the same.

I thought maybe they painted one GCL that color for marketing department purposes back when they thought they were launching that color. I'm still waiting to hear from Stellantis when Midnight Sky is actually going into production. I was told 4/25 back in March, but that date came and went...

I'm still hoping I can get one soon, but may have to give up and go with baltic gray... been playing 'trim mashup' in photoshop with the online configurator images in photoshop:
