After twenty years of Honda/Toyota, I bought 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit 3 months back. The massage seat was a good attraction. It worked well for a month and now I can hear humming type of noise when the massage is turned on driver seat or passenger set. Feels like it is coming from the rear exhaust side. When the auto start/stop turns off the engine, the sound disappears. It is very annoying. I took the dealership and they agreed the sound is annoying. They don't know how to fix it. I talked to Jeep customer support and they gave me a case number with high escalation status, but no update. Does anybody notice this issue?
