Stellantis just issued a Safety Recall Y67: 2021 WL Radio Software Update! This was issued as a Safety Recall since it addresses back-up camera concerns, amongst other things. If you'd like a more immediate update, you can absolutely go to the dealership to have this software update completed. I'd be more than happy to get additional support arranged alongside your dealer visit, to ensure that you're properly taken care of and your time is valued. However, you can also wait for a FOTA (firmware-over-the-air) campaign in a few weeks. This software update aims to address the following:

• Carplay/Android Auto Inoperable
• Language in Italian
• Resets
• Bluetooth Disconnects
• Blank Screen/Backup Camera
• Slow to Respond/Lockup
• Radio inoperative

Well I can tel you that this recall didn’t fix mine. I am getting a whole new radio in my overland model this Tuesday. I only have 450 miles on it.

My radio was replaced last week, weather app still does not work they said and they still have it working with STAR cases on it! They have had over a month now for Uconnect/radio issues....I have only had this jeep 4 months nd been in service for over a month of those 4!

Not to wake up an old thread, but, read today that GM is doing away with Marketplace too. Reason being that there are over 4 million vehicles out there with the feature, but users were only in the thousands.
