Lease Deals & Delivery Dates

Ordered an Altitude 4x4 (silver zynith, w/towing package & w/o sunroof) on 5/24. As of yesterday, has a vin but waiting on parts to start production. Anyone else in a similar situation or heard of their Altitude delivery date?

I also have been doing some research on lease residuals and money factors:

Chrysler Capital
Residuals 36mo : 64% - Laredo, 62% - Limited... assuming its lower for higher end models
APR per Jeep website 4.32% = money factor of 0.00180

Ally Financial
Residuals 36mo : 69% - Laredo, 63% - Limited, 61% - Overland/Summit/SR

What does it say for the Midwest for a summit reserve?

That report generates the same rates for all regions. So who knows how accurate it really is but it should give us some idea.
