it has been 2 months since jeep told me that I would be getting a software update for our 21 Overland to fix the issues i am having with the uconnect, connected services, traffic, hud, and the navigation in the dash. I called them today, gave my vin AND case number then this lady told me, "Your premium vehicle does not come equipped with tom tom, navigation, traffic, hud, and display of speed limit sign. I told her that i found that very humorous because I used the navigation last night while in new Orleans before heading home and the hud was working perfectly fine when i took the kids to school this morning. So, go check your systems again. She sighed and then I could hear her typing. She came back and said the same script again. I am over knowing i paid for a "premium vehicle" but things dont work at all that i paid for. I am sure some people will see that as petty because the vehicle itself works, but knowing that there is a 3k feature paid for that doesn't even work right, then they say my vehicle shouldn't have any of it.....its absurd.
