Lane Departure

Has anyone else noticed their GCL lane departure getting confused, and following the wrong thing. There is a road I take to work that has grind marks in it from a construction project. My GCL always attempts to follow those grinds instead of the lane markings. Then yesterday, I drove it in the rain for the first time, and more than once it attempted to follow the tire tracks in the wet road, rather than the lines. None of these occurrences have put me in any danger, it’s just startling when the wheel jerks in my hand.

Yes mine occasionally does the same, it’s a bit wonky at times. I actually just had a warning indicator pop up today in regards to it. Scheduled appointment at dealer. 🤷🏻‍♂️

We understand why this would be concerning! If either of you would like to discuss further, please separately send our team a private message with more details. Thanks!

This morning on the way to work, while going into a curve, mine tried to follow the tar line that was put down to fill a crack in the road. I turned it off and haven't turned it back on since.

My first road trip, I had it fight me when I tried to change lanes on the highway (yes I had the blinker on). I turned it off permanently when it told me to put my hands back on the steering wheel when I had them on it.
