I actually got a call today from my dealer saying my car delivery will be postponed while I was expecting to be my end of april or mid :/ told due to whats happening between Ukraine and Russ it will be delayed till end of july. I deposited about 3k on end of Feb.. Summit reserved hemi.

Forgot to mention I'm from middle east 🥲

That's what it feels like here in Jersey. Like I said they really need more transparency in the process. People who ordered 4 weeks ago are getting deliveries already while people who ordered months ago are still in the gathering parts phase on similar builds. If the hold up is Hemi parts or the fact that my dealership doesn't have enough vehicles allocated yet to build/ship then just tell me.

I was on a Wrangler forum perusing through their orders thread, and they're having delays just as bad if not worse than the WLs. Maybe it's just a Jeep thing. 🤣 The dealer told me 4-6 weeks. I'm on my 5th week now I think. It's definitely going to be longer than 6. I know some manufacturers are estimating orders 6+ months out. 😅

Wondering if anyone has experience and can lend some thoughts here. Ordered our GCL Summit V6 on 1/13. Build sheet and window sticker available in early Feb., email from Jeep said to expect delivery week of 2/21. Dealer and Jeep Chat both say vehicle was complete 2/24 and is in Budd Yard awaiting shipping with no ETA. In KZP status. Neither dealer nor Jeep can give any additional info.

It’s done. It’s literally sitting in Detroit waiting for a rail car. Is this normal? Meanwhile, trade is racking up miles…

I was told 8 weeks back in November and it was almost 8 weeks to the day, just seemed like an eternity... I know a lot of the folks who originally ordered '21's and got switched to '22's got ridiculous delays, not really sure how to explain that but I would have been really pissed.

I wouldn't really have cared about the waiting but I was concerned that features I wanted were going to be deleted, so once I got my build sheet I was happy...

I noticed today that on the Jeep build tool the eLSD delete is now an "option" to select. I still don't know why anyone would voluntarily select the deletion for a $400 credit.

Did you put your vin at the end of the link? https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You should either get "No records found corresponding to the VIN provided" if there is no build sheet yet, or you'll get your build sheet if it's built.
Got it to work, very hard to use on the phone but the laptop was fine. Thanks
Got my build sheet, just wondering when it will come in, Jeep's email said mid next month.

Well received the build sheet this morning .... YEA

No Eta is worrisome My dealer has not responded yet.

Thank you so much for holding. I am showing that your vehicle has completed the build process and all quality inspections. The vehicle should be released to a carrier very soon. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided.

I think the Ukraine situation has dampened new orders, based on my dealers observations/guesses. There’s also the new engine situation, and the raft of problem reports too.

Order JGC-L limited last Friday. Got my VIN today in D1 status with a scheduled ship date of 03/30. Never expected that.
Don’t hold your breath. I’m rooting for ya, but I got that same update in January. Been in KZ status since 2/24 with no ETA to dealer.

Ordered 2022 GCL Summit Reserve with 5.7 Hemi on 2/18. Released from yard on 3/26. Dealer expects it to show up this week. Does that sound likely or Is this too good to be true? Perhaps I may finally get my car this week?
Trying not to get my hopes up because I have been trying to buy this car for a year. After all of the delays with the 2021 and then all of the issues, I kept waiting… finally ordered one in early October and it didn’t show up until 2/18. BUT it was the wrong model (2-row; dealer and I miscommunicated somehow) so I didn’t take it and the above (new, 2/18) order was placed. I guess I am surprised it was this fast given other comments in this string whereas some people seem to think it’s the Hemi holding things up (but that doesn’t seem to actually be the case.)

I think orders have fallen industry-wide since the Ukraine war started, so they may be more caught up. I haven't seen industry numbers, but that's what my dealer has speculated. The number of problems with the WL may have dampened sales too.

Wonder if your order got caught in the group affected by the Key Fob stop sale order in February? Could be a lot of rework before those ship.
