Jeep executives contact information

Does anyone have the contact information for any Jeep executives? It seems like I have seen this earlier but am unable to find it now.

I finally got my replacement GCL SR. After about 200 miles the external cameras and the park sense stopped working. My local dealership determined the uConnect unit is bad and needs to be replaced. Two weeks later they are waiting for Chrysler to review and approve this. As far as we can tell no one at Chrysler has even looked at this.

Wrecked my 2021 GCL back on 3/2----left front. Was told that parts would be available---WRONG! !!!!!!! I was in the auto damage appraisal business for over 35 years and had heard stories and even experienced parts delays due to new vehicle/ body changes. It now appears that my fender is coming out of Texas (I live outside Atlanta) and my hood is on NATIONAL BACKORDER with possibility of two-three months being 'down'.

I'm looking for USED or even A/Mkt parts to get this thing back on the road.

Over the years, I've purchased FIFTEEN brand spanking new Chrysler products and I'm DISCUSSED!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm about to have the body shop get into 'drivable' condition and drive around with signs that say------'DON'T BUY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parts shortages aren't a Jeep specific problem, it's all brands. I had to replace my windshield and was lucky to get a new one in a matter of weeks because depending on the vehicle, it could be over 6 months. Have heard lots of stories like that with other vehicles.

I work for another brand’s dealership and the back orders from Covid and just parts shortages in general are still on going. It sucks.

I had to wait a couple months for new Uconnect guts for mine, and the replacement is starting to have problems now too.

I have contacted people at Jeep by using the rocketreach.co website to find people (engineers) who might be interested in knowing/helping, but the reality is it's a lot of supply chain issues (not their department), or you have to have a LOT of problems (like me) to get someone higher up's attention.

Having just a couple of problems doesn't qualify for special attention, as there are literally tens of thousands of people in that same boat, unfortunately. You also can't be too angry with the Customer Care people or you will get a very de miminus effort from them.

This sad state of affairs exists industry-wide, so it's pretty important to buy a high quality car right now (ie Toyota, Honda, etc) and avoid first model years where there's no aftermarket or even junk yard/used parts support either (ie accidents).
