Jeep Engineer’s Survey on Postcard - Fail

In true Jeep fashion, they don’t disappoint. I received a post card in the mail regarding a survey from Jeep Engineers. Go to this website, use your code and fill out a survey.

Ok lol…. The website has a 404 error and does not work. At least Jeep is consistent with everything they do, rushed to market without checking a single thing….

So if their website design is like my GCL, I am sure it will work in 6 months after a lawsuit.

Yes the website is typed correctly. I cannot make this stuff up, enjoy!

I agree this is just plain poorly done... Prepend it will www. and it works. Ie: www.jeepfeedback.com

Someone screwed up though... Not sure how you could send this out to customers without first checking the link, or communicating the requirement too function without it.

Nice. It didn’t work at 440pm but did later for you and now me. I did type the www in front earlier but failed. Now it works. Guess I will fill out my survey, hope they’re ready.

When you typically get this Postcard? I bought mine in October 1st and didn't get the PC yet.

Not sure about all of you, but I would not trust that website. It's bad enough that my extended warranty is about to expire 🤣 But if Stellantis/FCA/Jeep wants their customers to give feedback, they should use a subdomain on their primary jeep.com or stellantis.com domains... Something such as https://feedback.jeep.com. Because anyone in the world can register a random domain like that... For $10 I can go buy stallantisfeedback.com or jeepcustomerfeedback.com and collect your info too
