Got an email today about our 2021 GCL connected services. It appears they have extended them out to June 1 for now. Was browsing the website and they still don’t have prices on there. Our app still doesn’t show fuel and maintenance stuff. This is our first jeep and I gotta say I’m highly disappointed in their app and their support. Chatted with fca today and they were useless. They looked up my account and said oh you don’t have uconnect access or Sirius guardian. Well no kidding. One would think by the vin number customer support for fca should know what services the vehicle would have and know how to acces them! It’s very worrisome to think this is how they operate. Thinking I made a mistake leaving ford. At least the tech worked and I could get support.
