Does your location show up correctly? Mine shows China. I also don’t have those additional displays you do. Trying to see what else is different.

Does it make a difference if it’s Android or Apple? Mine is Apple and I noticed the one that showed more detail was Android.

What version do you have? I have 1.27.4 and it doesn't show all this info.

You need to call Jeep customer support. It sounds like your cellular modem isn’t enabled correctly. I had the same problem. They opened a ticket and fixed it a few days later for me. Didn’t have to take the car in for support.

I just did a factory reset on the radio and set it up again To see if that would help… nope.
I get an error when trying to activate services, then when I press assist to call care it connects but I hear nothing. Something is decently wrong with this. I called them on my cell phone and they told me it’s been escalated…
this could explain why I can’t see data from keep like gas and tire pressure in the app if the cellular is not working.

I also got that email, shows nothing different.
My Jeep goes into dealer tomorrow (again) for the radio issues. My Hotspot will not work, I cant activate services, weather app just does nothing, Assist button calls and looks like it is connecting but no sound from anyone.
No idea what is wrong but this is getting old and it better get fixed. Last dealer said there is no software update so they cant do anything (BS...replace the radio module (its actually separate from the screen), not every jeep has this issue) so its not a simple software update.

Question, can you see items in the "Market" on the radio, how about when you press the assist button? Does someone answer and can you hear them? (Mine connect but I hear nothing)
Exactly what mine is doing and I take it into the shop on Saturday.

Welp, back from the dealer. Same issues, the did do 2 updates but neither fixed my issue... so there is more wasted time.
