Jeep Connect app is such crap

Has anyone that's had issues with their app find any resolution? Got the telematics update, that didn't do it. None of the commands on the app function at all since December.. btw I never got a vehicle health report even when the app did work for me, is that only for certain models?

Typically the telematics update fixes the app issues. It did for me. Interesting.
