Jeep app question

Last couple of weeks, everytime I open the Jeep app, I get a message that the activation of service is in progress, etc. (See picture). Anyone else have this happen or know what this is about?

I think that if you don't have an active trial or subscription it'll say this

Shouldn’t it still show recalls and give access to the manual. Shutting down the whole app, even the safety parts I still have an active subscription is bullshit.

I agree. however this is what I noticed when my trial ended. Also on my account the "assistance" and "safety" subscriptions no longer show. I mean it's BS that those features are subscription based in the first place..
