Jacking mode on 2022 GCL Overland

When in jack mode my 2022 GLC Overland, the scissor jack will extend all the way without the tire leaving the ground. Couldn’t get a straight answer from my dealer with the problem. Any suggestions.

It's been a while since I've read the manual. Does jack mode place the vehicle is a specified height or does it simply maintain current height setting? If it maintains height, then try lowering your vehicle and then turning on the jack mode. Just a guess.

Before you applied the "jack Mode" in settings, were you sure the Jeep was in the entry/exit mode?

I believe you have to go into the Uconnect system and turn off the air suspension. Otherwise, your tires will continue to drop as you raise it. When I get in my car later I can take a look, but I believe it will be in settings where the easy entry exit setting is

I started the vehicle and lowered it all the way then put it in jack mode and it automatically raised it to the 3rd level. I’m stumped.

Did everything according to the manual and what the dealership said. No luck.
