iPhone incoming call rings at full volume through UConnect no matter what adjustments are made

Anyone else having this issue?
Been like this this day one.
Almost 3000 miles now. Torture.

2021 GC L Overland w/ McIntosh
iPhone 11S w/ latest iOS installed.

Annoying as hell. Scares the hell out of me every time.
God forbid my baby is in the vehicle napping.
I swear if I can’t get this issue resolved, I’m getting rid of the vehicle.

I don’t have time with going back n forth to dealership for service.
And, I don’t want to be possibly driving something else while they try to figure it out.
I’m paying for a grand Cherokee L, I want to drive a grand Cherokee L.

I’ve tried adjusting volume knob while incoming call come in, settings through UConnect audio, and settings on iPhone.

Also, my lane guidance just disappeared and stopped working and my forward collision turned off and doesn’t work even though it’s on in the setting.

@JeepCares

Thanks!

Mine is a total electrical disaster: the Uconnect system started failing on day two of owership (bought 12/5/21), and the dealer can't even get parts released from Jeep to try to start repairing it until the end of January. Total lemon, with problems from the headlights to the tailgate hatch release and everywhere in between. No nav, no XM, no wireless carplay, no memory settings, missing speed limit display in dash/hud, radio volume sometimes doesn't put out any sound, sometimes only a constant volume, sometimes turns the volume down on its own... Uconnect screen constantly rebooting, rattles in front doors, etc etc etc. HVAC system is a mess, too. center console gets hot, no air volume to the rear vents, defrost doesn't work and seems to blow cold air throughout the cabin, unless you set it on 'max defrost', at which point it operates like a blast furnace (have to roll down the windows or start sweating). self-driving assist drives like a drunk driver sometimes, other times works.... And it gets 13mpg and the gas gauge doesn't read correctly (too high). Can't even get a set of TPMS sensors for my snow tires.

And nothing but the most lethargic responses from Jeep corporate. After a month, my dealer was finally able to order, apparently, one part (with five modules throwing codes) to address the Uconnect screen defects and the dozens of other issues (Jeep corporate wouldn't let them order anything until I took videos of the problems for Jeep corporate to review despite my dealer witnessing all of it firsthand). It's just beyond the pale. My dealer is great, but Jeep corporate is pathetic.

There is a new iPhone update 15.2.1 it says it fixe Apple car play issues. mine does the same thing but only in CarPlay. If I just use the Bluetooth the it’s fine. I’m thinking it’s an Apple issue because my mother in law’s new Toyota Sienna does the same thing. My 2020ford escape I have for work also does it every now and then. I am downloading the update as we speak. I will give you an update tomorrow

Just to give an update on my previous post. I did the new iPhone update and have got in a out of the gel multiple time to running errands and the volume has stayed normal to what I had it set at on my phone. I had my wife call me and txt me multimedia time with no volume change. Looks like this updat may have fixed the issue.
