I just purchased tow hitch wiring question

I just purchased 2021 GCL Latitude with a towing Pkg . I was informed there no receiver but that it is prewired so does that mean the plug is there or still need to wire it up.

There are 2 plugs, a 4 pin and a 7 pin, both under a hinged covers. The only thing you would need to wire would be a trailer brake controller under the dash if you needed one.

Do you have the Towing package, or the Tow Prep Group? they are different. The tow prep group may not have the 7 and 4 pin connectors. Just check under the cover at the rear of your truck.....
