I have been trying to get something definitive on my new WL order for 3 weeks now...

I just keep getting told, "Our system is updating, and we cannot give you any information right now" That is using the link provided and clicking on the Chat button. The dealer is not helpful at all, either.

I’ve been using the chat once a week for the last 9 weeks and I’ve never once gotten an “our sytems are updating” response.

I would call jeep cares, more apt to get updated info, just depends on who you get, they can dig a little deeper if they chose, ask lots of questions.

I just got the "our systems are updating" today from the Mopar Chat function. They said check back next week. That's odd they are updating for a week. I suspect they stopped giving updates because of pissed off future owners!! I'm in my 18th week of waiting for my Jeep. Heck, it's been built and inspected for 7 weeks now. Still sitting in storage!

Just got off the chat with FCA Jeep and got the same bad attitude no effort reply... In my opinion they are totally worthless...

I'm currently in my 19th week waiting. It's been sitting in storage for 7 weeks now after being built and inspected. My dealer has stopped giving me weekly updates and told me, when and only, when it's delivered they will notify me and I get the same response from the Mopar site. When it is delivered I only have 3 days to pick it up. So no vacations or trips for me!! I'm seriously considering leaving my $1000 deposit and waiting for the 2023 model. This whole ordeal has been mind numbing.

That's a nightmare. I would be just as mad as you. It would kill me knowing that the vehicle is ready to go but just needs to be shipped. What the hell is wrong with Jeep?

I have been told by jeep chat that the ETA system is down as of April 14th. Our jeep is in the shipping stage but they’re unable to provide a timeframe.

They told me they are updating their system and it will be back up on Monday. Hopefully this update fixes at least some of these issues.

Yeah well I've been in the shipping stage for 10 weeks now. Ordered 12/9. I'm beyond annoyed!!
