Here's another shot of the Hydro Blue. Too bright for me, but I'd love navy. They are supposed to be introducing "Midnight Sky" as well (currently available on the Grand Wagoneer), but it looks completely black (no blue pigment) on their configurator.

I know there was a Tahoe Blue originally slatted for lated 2021 and I can't remember if I read it would end up coming out in 2022. Did you see somewhere specifically that it's hydro blue coming to the GCL, or just assuming that based on the look of the color?

The configurator is garbage, the colors on there are so far off it's amazing. I know all monitors are different but their colors are just legit bad depictions. When sting gray looks like a silver.... you know their bad. Funny part is when you do the build on a vehicle and scroll to the pdf print out with pictures of the build the color is depicted much more accurately too. So just the build configurator sucks!

I'm a professional photographer with $2k color correct monitors. The colors are total bulllshit on the configurator. My silver GCL looks 'medium gray' on the configurator, and is practically white (luminance) in person. I don't know how they manage to do such an abysmal job of representing the real colors. It's like they shot one white vehicle in a studio, and then asked color-blind third graders to create CGI color matches for every other color. The wheels are horrible too (dark gray, machined, silver painted...), you can't possibly tell from the configurator vs real life.

On the GCL, I've only seen it on the configurator, but there are press photos of the color on the Grand Wagoneer in daylight. It looks almost black, very dark navy, except where the sun hits it (look at the spot where the direct sun is reflecting and you can see the surrounding blue hues, which cannot be confused for 'blue sky reflections'. It looks like a great color. I'd say it's somewhat similar in effect to the very dark blue Chevy and GMC are offering on the Tahoe/Suburban/Denali (looks black in the shade/at night, but dark navy metallic in sunlight).

Thank you sir for the pics.. Really appreciate it.. I do like it but it's not available right now. It is almost the same as the Moonlight Cloud on the Palisade. Jeep's my be just a tad darker.

All the new colors (Hydro, Midnight Sky, Ember) are all listed on the configurator as "late availability", so it wouldn't surprise me if people were still waiting to order them into Q3 or Q4.

Not sure if it actually means they can order the Ember, but it is listed here on the configurator from my dealer. Want the Midnight Sky..

I'd choose that color too if given the chance. Supposedly 'blue paint' is a supply chain problem worldwide, so that's the reason for the late availability.

that's exactly what it means. Only those colors in the screenshot he sent you are available to be ordered.
