Noticed that my McIntosh has a repetitive hissing sound (hiss-hiss-hiss-hiss... non-stop) when the volume is at 13/14 and above. Hard to hear when there is music, but if you try the Media page on the system, then select USB or BT without anything playing I hear it. Can anyone else report on this?
