Headlight's - Turn off?

Easy question, can we not turn off the headlights while sitting in a parking lot with the Jeep running? I turn it all the way to the left to "O" and they are still on.

I was able to turn them off by going into the settings and turning off the daytime running lights. This is on a limited

Does that mean we can have just the orange strip on as the drl now?

Usually setting the ebrake will turn things off also. This is for other vehicles I haven't tried in my overland.
