Not the best photos, but the on-road set is Vossen HF-3's in Bronze with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 A/S. Tweaked the off set slightly to garner a slightly wider stance.
The off-road set is Fuel Covert in Bronze in an 18" with Toyo Open Country AT3's. No pics of those yet.

Thanks. They are 9.5" wide wheel. We slightly adjusted the backspacing to a +17 and +26 so the stance is a little outward without any clearance issues.

UPDATE to my original post: I can SHIP within 48 states for $200 addition ($2,000 for the 4 wheels & tires and freight shipping - or $1800 for pickup)
The guys at Wheel Specialists (who I bought the Vossens and Fuel wheels) can palletize them and ship them for an estimated $200-300 - they wrap and strap so they stay in perfect shape.
