Favorite song/artist not working on the radio

Hello all.....the favorite song/artist doesn't work on the 2021 jeep grand cherokee please help....it let's me set a favorite song or artist but it never actually works

I had a similar issue in February with my SiriusXM presets - not all presets, but just my SiriusXM presets. I believe my presets weren't working because of an update. Overnight, my JGC's presets worked again, and I never had the issue again.

Do you confirm the selection ? If a song you want to favorite is playing on the station you are listening to, press the bell icon and it will ask to favorite the song or the artist. Once you have this set, if the song is playing on Sirius. you will get a message pop-up on screen, when that happens press the button to accept, and you will be taken to that station.
