Engine Cover V6

Strange how my L didn’t come with a engine cover for the V6 engine. It has the studs to mount it to.

If it is a Laredo, altitude, or Limited, it does not come with a cover. Can buy all the parts for less than $100 though

Overland and up have the cover. It's just more trim levels that don't get it.

Has anyone noticed a reduction in engine noise after installing the engine cover? My GCL Limited creates quite a bit more engine noise than my 75th Anniversary GC did.

I would think that any improvement is strictly cosmetic.

I tried ordering the parts 2 weeks ago and was told by the dealer that they were on back order with no known ship date...
