eLSD working for you?

I feel the same. The last GC I really liked was my 2021 Trailhawk (previous model) but it was a one year corporate lease. This Overland I have is way too much filled with electronic crap I will never use. I don't use Android Auto or Alexa in the car, voice commands. park sense, etc. I suspect the ICE GC is dead for trail-rated vehicles. I would consider a 4XE but I would want a home charger and that will cost me a lot. I would need a whole new home electrical panel and then dig up the wires to the garage which are under brick pavers, probably thousands in costs. Oh well....
I don't see why the trail rated vehicles are the ones being shifted to electric since they're 2000lbs heavier, which I don't think is helpful on hill climbs. So it seems the trail rated versions would be the last to transition to EV, behind the mall terrain models. When EV is the only option, I'm hoping the full EV will have smoother acceleration than the turbo assisted PHEVs.

I think it's the government and their push to EVs and Stellantis just doing what they are forced to do. You can still order a V8 Hemi on the 3-row GC but that option is long gone for the 2-row ICE GC.. I am totally not a fan of EVs especially living in a cold climate, Michigan, as I do. I get it that EVs are in general way heavier than ICE vehicles. I like the fact that with an ICE vehicle I can allow it to just sit in my unheated garage for a week in winter, not plugged in, etc. then just go out and it starts, no loss of range at all. Try that with an EV. You can't. Below freezing, unheated garage, not plugged in, a week, dead car. I have a detached garage and it's cold in there in January.

That is a problem with EVs in the winter. I was thinking the PHEV would be the happy medium, but not for me unless there's an alternative to the turbo that doesn't lag and snap on launch.

Has anyone noticed if eLSD is still being deleted on Summit models? The Monroneys I've seen when I do inventory searches seem to still all have it deleted, but, unfortunately those don't show the manufacture date, so I'm hoping those are now included again. Has anyone seen it in their sold in US order?
