Does "JeepCares" help or am I wasting my time here with them?

I have been trying to message them for a few weeks and I have yet to get any help. I have replied to the message they have sent and have yet to get any help so I am lost. I can try another dealership I guess.

These are my issues to date:
Hotspot will not work, I have signed up for trial with AT&T.
Radio just freezes, I have reset multiple times. Doing this while driving on the freeway is not smart Jeep, safety issue there.
Market Place on the radio does not work, I have contacted to my home Wireless.
Trans down shift issue, Dealer did TSB and it did fix. (woohoo, 1 item fixed properly form this list)
Door skin popped from panel now there is a gap between window and door, dealer "bent" it back and its still not right.
Tailgate is not aligned properly, Dealer "adjusted" but still not right.

I traded a perfect 2016 Rubicon with no issues for this... I now ask myself why, I guess I should of waited for the 2022 since it seems these were rushed reading all the other issue's people have on them.

I have yet to contact them... still waiting on my order move from D status... but I'd suggest everyone who's getting ghosted by them start responding to those generic messages they keep posting about "offering support" after a couple days of no response from them. I don't think they should get a free pass in the marketing/PR department and mislead customers . If they are going to act like they are active and supportive in the community and get the positive brand reputation from that, then they need to actually be that and not just have a thin facade.

I have never been treated as rude as I have by Jeep Cares. I have had no less than 6 case managers. Emmanuel was the only one who was not rude and gave the appearance he was going to help me and seemed sympathetic. He was removed from my case without explanation. Carlos never returned calls or emails. Ashley is the latest one assigned to me. My last conversation with her Friday set me off. She said there are NO TSB on the GCL. I could not help myself and told her she was a liar. I told her to go check and then she was even pissier with me when she was proven wrong. She told me to get a lawyer to get them to fix my Jeep. Told me if the lane system did not work to just turn it off and not use the feature.

Emmanuel told me on 8/24 because of all the issues I was having deep was going to make my car payment. Now they are refusing. So I am paying for a vehicle has been in the shop 10 days and counting.

You may want to record your conversations with them. I believe it is legal since they usually say "this conversation may be recorded for quality and training purposes."

This is not legal advise, but from my own research I have come to understand the laws are based on the originating call locations laws. CA for instance requires both parties to be notified of the conversation being recorded, while CO I believe only requires one parties knowledge.

The safest legal way is to always disclose it's being recorded, which is the route I've seen most companies providing call recording services to be taking by announcing when the recording is started.

They suck at responding. Even when asked to send a private message. Over 5 days now.
Same I sent them a message last week and got no response after they commented on a post I made on here. I have received a call from Jeep since then in regards to a case I opened up with them but they told me there wasn't anything they could do at this time... Really surprised at the lack of customer service on these I'd hate to drop $100k on a new Grand Wagoneer and get these kinds of issues.

Update- Jeep Finally responded after making this post..

I had a response after bugging them.. but now I hear nothing again. I was supposed to get a call back from case and I did then called back twice and left message's and I have yet to hear back. I cant win, I want this radio to work! I told them I was going away this week and wanted it fixed before I left and of that did not happen, three hours into my drive and I hear a loud pitch noise for about 10 seconds then the radio went black and rebooted!

Why do I have to waste so much of my time with this, I have on here and I have tried calling and leaving message with the case manger.
Assist still does not work nor does the SOS...Hope nothing would happen that I would need to use that SOS button and it not work because Jeep has yet to contact me about my case....

I sent a message on the 22nd of July...... I've gotten no response. I now have submitted another inquire about another set of issues and back ordered parts that may prevent my Jeep from being repaired in a timely fashion. I bought the GCL knowing first year issues were going to happen, but the lack of support and response is questionable in my book. I can give a pass or two to iron out issues, but at some point the line has to be drawn.

I'm waiting to hear when strut/ shock tower may be availble to my dealer as it appears I have two bad struts with no timeline to correct.

@JeepCares has been responsive with me in DMs, and said they would advocate for me with my dealer (that said, my dealer has been very good). My fingers are crossed for a good resolution.
